If you would prefer your printed item not to be shared, please notify us when you place your order. If we aren’t notified, we will assume we have your full permission to post photos of the item online.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand sizing and fit don't always work out the first time. For help with returns and exchanges please refer to the customer review email or contact info@dailydachshund.com.au

Please note returns will only be accepted if mailed within 7 business days of receiving the item (s).

Shipping

All products on our store come from different suppliers as we locate the best quality and sustainable practices worldwide.

These means this will change the arrival time of your shipment, dependant on what your location is.

Once your parcel or parcels has been dispatched from the warehouse or packaged up for pick-up, you will be notified via email.

If ordered multiple products, you may receive seperate emails per product with seperate tracking numbers and shipping networks. This also may result in different arrival times during the delivery process.

We are not responsible for any delays within the DHL/Easy Order Tracking/Australia Post network, if you find your parcel has been delayed or lost please contact their support networks and provide the tracking number in which is sent from Daily Dachshund.
